We had the deluxe twin room and it was nicely furnished and perfectly comfortable in a french colonial style. Absolutely perfect and excellent location, next to various sights, we visited a museum and a main street. Distance to the airport was just 25 km😀

The location was unbeatable and good, relatively close to Costanera Center. There were restaurants and bars with a wide array of food. We ate at a nice restaurant for dinner.

It has excellent, perfect setting, next to the metro line for travel within Santiago, the main tourist sights and Santiago.

its excellent, central location was a plus. there were an open market and a market around the hotel. everything was excellent, including marvellous and super breakfast for a coffee or a drink.

Our hotel rooms were spotless and huge, with a terrace which overlooked the pretty garden. Delicious breakfasts with baguette, very good coffee, French music.

The hotel was wonderful little and homely with patient personnel in an admonishing manner. The venue was in an amazing and fantastic location, in the centre of Santiago. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby California Cantina.

Good choice of appetising food for meals. Very comfy bed, large bathroom and a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini bar fridge in the room. The location next to a museum and main street was unbeatable and excellent.

The hotel staff is wonderful! They made our stay very comfortable and helped us in many ways. They spoke English very well. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is surprising peaceful for such a lively area of the city. There are many wonderful restaurants and bars within walking distance. And the metro is less than a five minute walk away. We felt very well taken care of here and had fun in the city. We loved Santiago!
